Elemental Rulers Clothes Concept

Finally got to finishing the Elemental Rulers clothes. Some of these had been done for days, I was just mulling over what should make the final cut. I'm happy with these designs so I think I'm gonna keep these 😁🫶 Keep in mind these are only CLOTHES, not on any character (the grey base is used as a mannequin).
